Why store your RV in a parking lot when you can store it at the lake, fully set up and ready for use? We have one opening for a weekend use RV. You pay $250 per month to use the RV up to 10 nights per month, plus electricity. The site comes with an amazing custom built deck that is less than 2 years old. The deck can be modified with approval. You will need to bring measurements of your RV and the exact positions of any slides to determine if it will fit in the site due to the shade trees. It has a partial lake view.
We are the quiet place on Lake Whitney. No parties, sublets, or full time living RV’s. Your visitors are expected to either bring their own RV or rent one of our cabins. Pets are allowed on approval only. Pool, lake access, dry boat storage available. No long term lease required, but we are looking for a year round tenant for this site, not a summer only arrangement. We have one site without deck available for summer only use for $225 per month. Non-hook up storage only sites also available inside a security fence $28 per month.
The site we currently have available has a huge deck and plenty of shade.
The site is best suited for a small to mid-sized bumper pull with slides opposite the door, but a larger RV might fit, provided the slides would fit over the top of the deck or the deck properly modified.
The deck has been stained with a sealer. One side of the deck is low and open to the main part of the resort.
The parking side of the deck is raised higher and has a railing and steps up to the deck.
